Red Deer Catering has been serving Central Alberta since 1972 and that’s three generations of experience you can count on. We have oven and cooler equipped catering trucks so that you get our best, wherever the event. With these trucks we can finish your meal properly, safely and on time. Our buffets include all the items you expect in the price. Complete hardware such as china dishes for all courses including dessert and beverages. Linen table cloths for all your tables including the buffets. All of our recipes are home style and made from scratch. Store bought prepared items just don’t measure up. Our founder John Stone took years perfecting our Caesar dressing, gravies, sauces and all our dishes. We serve nothing but AAA Alberta beef (Inside round quality or higher). We are well known for these touches and food quality remains our first priority. We are the official caterer of the Westerner and that has us serving banquets from 30 to 3000 people. We don’t have a mandatory gratuity charge. Our clientele cover a wide range. From all the large high school graduations to the Festival of Trees Preview Dinner, weddings, Christmas parties, barbecues, open houses, meetings, anniversaries, house parties and more. We serve them all with the same care we will provide for you. We have an experienced knowledgeable staff. Some have been with us for over 20 years.
