Disciple Homes & Improvements Inc. was founded by Andy and Lorraine Jacyszyn in 1981. Andy grew up working alongside his father, who was a European master craftsman strict on details. Being a certified journeyman himself with four decades of experience, Andy has handed down his knowledge and expertise to his sons. His sons continually improve upon Andy’s legacy by completing journeyman certificates in their craft and various training programs. They continue to work closely with their father to meet the high standards upon which the business is founded: quality, customer satisfaction, and service.
